What if something is faulty?
Our products come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure you're entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure isn't major, you're entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced. Message us with your order number and a photo of the problem and we'll sort it out.
How do I start a return?
Send us a message with your order number, the product and what's wrong. We'll reply with the next steps. Please don't send anything back before you've heard from us, so we can make sure it reaches the right place.

Products
Which canopy weight bags do I need?
They come in a 10 kg and a 20 kg version, four bags per pack. You fill them with water through a screw cap and strap one around each leg of the gazebo or shade. The 20 kg bags are bigger (about 25 x 41 cm against 20 x 33 cm) and hold twice the weight per leg. Fill each bag to about 90 percent for the steadiest setup.
What's the difference between the first aid kits?
The 210-piece kit sits in a hard EVA case of about 23 x 20 x 9 cm that fits a glovebox or a drawer. The 379-piece kit comes in a soft polyester pouch with MOLLE straps, so you can clip it to a backpack or a vehicle panel. It comes in red, black and orange.
Which winch rope length should I choose?
Both ropes are 6 mm UHMWPE with a rated strength of 8,000 lbs and a forged hook. The only difference is the length: 15 m or 30 m. Check how much rope your winch drum takes before you order.
Can I buy the patio chair and table separately?
Yes. The metal patio chair and the round table are sold on their own, and together as a five-piece set with four chairs and the table. All pieces need some assembly and don't fold.
Which drain snake length do I need?
The drain snake comes in 5 m, 7.6 m and 10 m. All three work by hand crank or with a drill. A blocked sink trap is close to the plughole; a blockage further down a shower or toilet line needs more reach. Not sure how far yours is? Send us a message.
